The device is a biomedical device outside of the current western medical paradigm. It was originally developed for remote healing of diseases caught by the cosmonauts in the various Russian space stations (1971-2001). This R&D was done by a number of Russian research groups.
They used magnetic wave signatures and their frequencies to access the body’s Informational Field. These unique wave-frequencies, in the range of 1.8Hz to 8.2Hz, are used to scan and treat the organs and the underlying structures all the way down to the structures of the mitochondria and the DNA molecule.
Emotional issues can also be treated as well. The emotions held in mitochondrial DNA, the mother’s bloodline, are very difficult to detect and clear. Many people spend their entire lives unconsciously living out the stored emotional trauma from previous lives/generations, without being aware of it. The Oberon is particularly suited to clear this type of trauma.
The device is using bioresonance and biofeedback to read and write your body’s complex subtle wave-frequency information through the Information Field using magnetic pulses.
The Information Field, by definition, is present everywhere. Therefore remote sessions can be more powerful than in person sessions, because the client’s attention-energy is not misleading the scanning and treatment process.
The device is used for assessing organ function and not structure. Therefore it is NOT like an ECG, CT, MRI or an Ultrasound scan. It is specifically measuring the magnetic vector potential, which runs in the direction of current. The B field cuts these lines of magnetic force at right angles. This is what drives an electric motor. Living systems are very sensitive to this field.
Magnetic fields ultimately are the result of the motion of charges. A typical representation of this can be seen in the figure below. We can see the magnetic field surrounding the straight wire as current is moving through it. We use this phenomenon to store information in computers. The magnetic field around a current-carrying wire can be increased by coiling the wire or increasing the current running through it.
Biofeedback happens when the body responds (giving feedback). That results in data gathering and analysis. Bioresonance is the principle behind the therapy.
The Oberon Biofeedback device scans/measures energy levels in the body’s organs, tissues, cells, and their DNA. Then it determines the extent of the damage done over the life of the body, after which it re-balances and harmonizes each energy field with very specific quantum waves, whose EM (Electro-Magnetic) signatures were discovered and recorded over the past 100 years in the USA, Germany, and Russia, although it was about 4.500 years ago in China, where these basic universal principles were introduced and extensively applied.
Unlike Voll’s electro-puncture diagnostic method where energy potentials of organs and systems are measured through biologically active points, which show the organ condition indirectly (often incorrectly), the NLS method of analysis makes an evaluation of the organ condition directly due to the resonance amplification of the radiating signal of the organ under investigation, by using a non-invasive trigger sensor.
Analysis and Correction of Energy wave-frequency Signatures
Every organ and every cell has its own distinctive oscillation signature which are digitally stored in the computer memory and can be displayed on a screen as a graph, which represents the conditions of the information exchange between the organ (tissue) and the environment. Every pathological process has its own distinctive 3D graph.
The program contains lots of pathological process graphs that include all progressive stages shown for age, sex and other variables. After reading the wave form characteristics of a biological object under observation, the system compares the degree of their spectral (EM) similarity with a healthy human, or pathology affected tissue, or infection agent, to obtain the closest pathological process or tendency.
In case the processes are similar, the virtual diagnosis mode allows for a differentiated diagnosis of each process.
The system has an auto-search function of its very elaborate database, and selects the digitized EM-wave imprint of those homeopathic or allopathic remedies that have the closest spectral (EM) characteristics of a particular pathological process.

The technology, developed and converted into hardware, is contained in the Oberon Hardware Box. Every part of this is conceived, developed, and manufactured in Russia. This box contains unique e-panels which activate the Oberon software and allow for accurate scanning.
There is a remedy cup, and a special headset, through which all scanning, therapy and testing is done. It can 3D-scan DNA & RNA and deep tissue, and print out the results in 2D.
The Headset's Bio-Probes function as bioresonance frequency detectors, and are used as a vehicle to apply EM-wave forms in a precise range to re-balance the wave forms of the body part under therapy. The probe also contains a bioresonance frequency generator that produces a wide range of precise wave forms.
The headset records and delivers these EM-wave forms directly to the brain. A 16Gb RAM computer should control this complex piece of engineering.
The Controller is a sophisticated piece of computer equipment that controls a wide and precise set of EM-wave forms. It can switch back and forth from recording to applying these wave forms. It also acts as an interphase of recording and digitizing the data for processing.
This piece of equipment is the heart of Oberon Biofeedback system, and has been developed, optimized, and regularly upgraded over the past 20 years.
The success of Oberon Biofeedback system is due to the software that is used to collect, digitize, analyze, and convert into analog display, a huge amount of data, accumulated during a wave form reading and balancing session.
Around 1960, the Dutch Q-physicist Theodore Van Hoven had to shift his perspective of the “unified field theory”, the theory about the entire logical structure of the universe. He named his work “Quantum Entropic Logic Theory” (QELT). This theory unites all known wave interactions in nature: the gravitational, strong, weak, and electromagnetic, by considering them as different manifestations of one and the same. It is the source of a system's internal energy, which generates a multi-dimensional field for electrically charged particles.

The NLS method was developed at the Institute of Practical Psychophysics. It combines advanced information technology with the field of active homeostatic control. It allows detecting minute changes in bioresonant wave forms that occur when cells, tissues or organs are stressed by certain pathological conditions, which causes an imbalance in the wave form.
It enables a production of a preset bioelectrical activity of brain neurons. With this activity as a background it becomes possible to selectively amplify signals hardly detectable against the statistical fluctuations, and then isolate and decode the information they contain.
The researchers of the Institute succeeded in producing the most effective equipment that is capable of tuning to the wave forms of the master pulses automatically without human intervention, as well as, detecting and correcting defects and pathologies in organs and body cells on its own.
