Food Dictatorship or Food Democracy?

Is GDP, a 'gross' abstract number, the Key to Measure Wellbeing?

GDP Growth = Model of a War-machine Economy = more Poverty

Economic Growth is NOT Growth in People's Wellbeing:

Is the world really a mechanistic system?
Do we want to shrink our imagination to abstract numbers?

Is the soil and its web of life calling you yet?

AgOne: Bill Gates controlling the world's farmlands

Bill & Melinda Gates Agricultural Innovations, LLC, which pretends to accelerate the development of innovations supported by the foundation’s Agricultural Development team. The entity, to be known as Gates Ag One, aims to speed up efforts to provide smallholder farmers in developing countries, many of whom are women, with access to the affordable tools and innovations they need to sustainably improve crop productivity and adapt to the effects of climate change. Lab knowledge vs Earth's knowledge. Who knows better?

Satellites can only measure what chemicals are in the soil, not the invisible micro-nutrients that create the healthy organic foods.

An agricultural system based on globalization and industrial farming has rendered farming unsustainable through dishonesty, where farmers are forced to buy high-cost inputs, and sell products cheap as commodities. Farmers loose and corporations profit both ways. Therefore, agro-ecology instead of large scale agro-business is needed in Asia and elsewhere, like creating communities between urbanites and their immediate local organic farmers as well as more urban-farming, while also using local currencies.

We have to move away from a linear, extractive, economy where everything moves up to the 1%, to a circular economy where money=energy constantly circulates in Nature and Community. We have to stop commodification of our resources and work, and create a win-win for local farmers and their consumers. A global "heart-bypass" is needed, because the arteries of the global heart are clogged with corporate greed!

Navdnaya: 9 Seeds

There is only space for 3% of the global population in a Corporate Global Economy. So, another model of education is needed than the current University model. How about Rudolf Steiner's centennial Waldorf Schools, where they learn that life does not inevitably evolve in a linear fashion, but follows a life-cycle approach?
